--> Move more --> Eat Smart --> Manage Blood Pressure

Wonderful post and a creative book list, Cat! Certainly not about heart "health" per se, but "The Tell-Tale Heart" has always been a classic favorite of mine. “ ❤️ ”

Jim, Poe is one of my all-time favorites and the master of the short story. Tell-Tale Heart is a ripping good yarn. I agree: it's more about mental health than 'heart' health but such fun -:D

I adored “Somewhere in Time,” Rosie, and didn’t know it was based on "Bid Time Return."

Hi Cat, great post. I may have read it a bit late for Feb 1, but heart health is important all year round. Fabulous list of books. Love that you have included both children's and adult suggestions. I've not read When Calls the Heart, but love the TV series. Can't resist a man in uniform. :) We have only just got season 5 out here this last week, so binge watching it a bit at the moment. Don't worry about spoilers, I know what is coming and I'm not happy!

We need to be mindful of heart year round, so you are timely, Sandra. We caught season 5 and that ending I wasn't expecting -sigh. Take heart: the Christmas special, which already aired in the US, is much more uplifting -:D.
